The Challenge
As the Head of Information Technology at Autoleague, one of Australia’s largest automotive retail and service groups, my main challenge is to demonstrate to the Board and our 45 dealership teams how our IT work enhances efficiency and security. By implementing a Cyber Secure theme, we can reduce risks and costs while increasing productivity and efficiency for all stakeholders.
Our IT team is dedicated to providing seamless operation and digital strategy for the entire network of AutoLeague-affiliated dealerships across Australia. By turning our tech efforts into clear business wins, we can show the value of our work in terms of cost savings, lower risks, and improved operations. It is critical that we keep our operations cost-effective while gaining quick and useful insights to act on.
